Shipments and Returns
Shipping Your Package Packages are usually shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via DHL with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via DHL Express and delivered with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Returns and Refunds
We accept all returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
We will only accept your return if it meets the following conditions:
The item is new, unwashed, and undamaged. The price tag from Monochrom is still attached to the item. The item is properly packaged either in its original packaging or in neutral packaging.
Steps
Pack the item properly in the original bag. Send us an email at info@monochromcollection.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Write our postal address on the box (Corium.Be SRL, Industriestrasse 26, 4700 Eupen, Belgium) and visit your local post office to create the shipment. Please note that the return will be at your expense; we are not responsible for returns.
What about the refund
The refund will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from receiving your package, via the payment method used for your order, if the return has been made according to the rules stated above.
